How it's calculated
Estimated landed cost per pair = price per pair + shipping per shipment ÷ pairs per shipment + additional fees per pair.
The cost is Not provided when any of those four fields is blank. Enter 0 only when you know the amount is zero.

How ordering works with Orthix: most clinics order through the Orthix online app. You complete the online assessment, capture the patient’s feet on a phone or iPad, and the app generates a 3D model so you can submit the order in minutes. Foam impressions are also accepted, with pickup or courier available in the Lower Mainland. Typical fabrication is 5–10 days after lab acceptance. - Why does landed cost say Not provided?
- One or more cost fields are blank. Blank is unknown, not zero. Enter 0 only when you know the fee or shipping is actually zero.
- Can I add Orthix as a column?
- Yes. Add Orthix fills fabrication time and capture methods from the dated clinic-tools notes. Price, shipping, transit and remake terms stay blank until you enter figures you have verified.
- Does the CSV include my supplier names on Orthix servers?
- No. Download CSV builds the file in your browser. Supplier names are not sent to analytics or a server.
