Custom Orthotics Lab for BC Clinics, Wherever You Practise

When your clinic is a ferry ride or a mountain pass from the lab, you don't want the order to wait on a parcel. With Orthix:

• The lab handoff is instant. The 3D model is attached to the order, and the lab has it when you submit.
• Nothing physical travels to the lab. Digital orders don't require shipping foam impressions.
• No scanner to buy. A modern smartphone or tablet and the Orthix mobile flow are enough.
• Status is online. Track production and message the lab without phone tag.
• Reorders come from the digital record, without restarting the process.

Foam impressions are still accepted if your clinic needs them.

1. Register your clinic, verifying your practice once.
2. Assess online with the structured digital assessment.
3. Capture both soles on a phone or iPad. Orthix builds the 3D model, and you review it with your patient.
4. Submit in the app. A qualified technician checks every file before manufacturing.
5. Fabrication and final inspection happen in our Canadian lab. Typical fabrication is 5–10 days after acceptance.
6. Delivery to your clinic. Track everything online, then reorder from the record.

Most teams are comfortable placing their first digital order within one guided session.

Register Your Clinic

Orthix works with clinics across British Columbia from one lab in Vancouver. How finished orthotics reach you depends on where you practise.

• Lower Mainland. Clinics in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North Vancouver and Langley order in the Orthix app, and local pickup or courier is available. More local detail is on our Vancouver custom orthotics lab page.
• Fraser Valley. Abbotsford clinics order the same way. Ask us whether pickup or courier reaches your address. Otherwise, finished orthotics ship to your clinic.
• Vancouver Island. Clinics in Victoria and across the Island order in the app, and finished orthotics ship to the clinic. Digital orders don't require sending foam impressions across the Strait.
• The rest of BC. From the Okanagan to Northern BC, you order in the app and we ship finished orthotics to your clinic.

Typical fabrication is 5–10 days after lab acceptance, plus shipping time outside the pickup and courier area.

• Vancouver Island (Victoria, Nanaimo, the Comox Valley): submit in the app, so no impressions need to cross the Strait.
• Okanagan and Thompson (Kelowna, Vernon, Penticton, Kamloops): the same app and the same lab review, with status online instead of on the phone.
• Fraser Valley (Abbotsford, Chilliwack): the same workflow as Lower Mainland clinics. See the Vancouver lab page.
