Orthix is Pioneers Orthomedix: a new platform, with the same team and the same craft. There's one laboratory and one team in Vancouver, BC, and we don't run branch offices in other cities.

- Richmond and Delta: clinics that knew us as Pioneers Orthomedix get the same team and the same craft, now ordered through the app.
- Surrey and Langley: finished orthotics ship to the clinic address on your account.
- Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody and the North Shore: track every order online and reorder from the digital record.
Local pickup and courier are also available for Lower Mainland clinics. Ask us when you register.
Turnaround
- Typical fabrication: 5–10 days after lab acceptance. Volume and product type can vary.
- The clock starts when the lab accepts the order. Complete assessments and clear captures help an order get accepted quickly.
- Timelines are estimates unless Orthix confirms a date in writing (Terms).
